If you have recently set up business or plan to set up business it is essential that you have:

2. Contracts of Employment
3. A method of collecting your debts

For a fixed price, we will draft basic Terms and Conditions of Trading and up to five Contracts of Employment.

Further for a fixed price, we will also draft a standard Letter before Action seeking the unpaid debt and if it is not paid we will draft the Claim Form for the unpaid debt for a fixed fee. You will therefore know in advance what the fee is for this work.
